HOW to be a "SMART POWER"
If the US state secretary Mrs. Hillary "Smart Power" policy is meant to retain US as a super power country, US must be smart enough.
In view of this, I would like to suggest the followings "Smart" policies for the US leaders to consider:
1. Do not interfere with other countries internal affairs in order to avoid too many people being unhappy with America.
2. UseUnited Nations or join hand with leading country in differenct territory to solve the regional issues intsead of doing it alone.
For example in Asia, China could help US to solve problems with North Korea, Pakistan and
Afghanistan as well as all the Muslim countries because her good relationship with these
countries.
The experience of China to handle the more than 30 millions of internal Muslims to live with non-Muslim peacefullys could help America improve relationship with Muslim countries. In return America should help China to solve the Taiwan problems.

To "Oversea American"
The 6 parties talk regarding the North Korea matters has last so long and still can`t be resolved because US
policy was not smark enough,
Therefor i suggest US should change the pass policy by joint-hand with a capable country in each
territory to solve the regional affaires.
So in Asia US should be smark enough to count on China to make
China as a new partner if America
wish to solve the North Korea
Afganistan problams faster and more
effective.
But there are no free lunch America
should treat China with mutual benefit and promise to help China to reunion with Taiwan.
The reasons already given ragarding
how China can help solve the Afganistan problams one does not need to draw a snake with legs.

To "Oversea America"
The whole world know that the small group of unrest Muslim in China was soppurted and provoked by the westerners.
For 4 incidents happen in a year at a country of 1.3 billions populations with more then 30 millions of muslim, in this circumtances i would still say the Chinese government is very capable to make the muslims and non-muslim people to lives together peacefully.
Your President Obama already advice Mrs Hillary the state secrectary to come to talk with China to make 2 country become a great mutual "partner" you can wait and see how is my suggestion is work.
However i would like to say,Make use of some body else name is a shameful manner from now on i will only discuss matters with any real name and real persons otherwise please do not disturb me thank.
